Peduzzi Associates, Ltd., was established as a Chapter “S” corporation
in the State of Virginia on July 1, 1995, as a Business Development
Corporation. We provide a broad base of executive branch liaison services,
legislative coordination, business development support, and strategic planning
assistance. These services are critical in times of budget constraints, changing
policy directions, and industry downsizing.
PAL performs the complete spectrum of representation that
includes U.S. government and International relations, business development,
strategic planning, tactical execution, and related industry liaison. Our clients
represent a cross section of industries that includes aircraft and engine manufacturing,
digitization, medical technology, systems integration, maintenance and modifications
services, and air traffic control companies that provide goods and services
to the Department of Defense and the Department of Transportation (Federal
Aviation Administration, Regional Airport Authorities and the US Coast Guard).
PAL’s niche is service to those corporations that do not have a Washington
office and to local companies that need specific business development support.
PAL not only develops plans to add value to our clients, but executes approved
plans in coordination with our client's efforts.
General Support Activities performed on behalf of clients
in pursuit of specified programs are:
» Identify program plans, funding, and key contacts
for DOD, the individual services, DOT, and other agencies/industry as they
relate to various other programs:
- Obtain detailed information on funding profiles and schedules;
- Establish professional rapport and liaison with key personnel in each agency
who have responsibility for related management, contract administration,
and program execution;
- Provide client’s capabilities and product information to agencies/industry,
and arrange appropriate briefings and technical meetings.
» Maintain extensive and solid personal and professional
relationships with major corporations and national associations in the DC area.
» Provide Huntsville, AL; Jacksonville, FL; New York; and Finland
representation and direct liaison to the Materiel Developer and key acquisition
officials.
» Arrange visits/briefings to prime contractors to facilitate cooperative
projects and support.
» Give product briefings as your representative in Washington and at
Field Commands.
» Monitor programs and identify major contractors for federal product
improvements/modification efforts and facilitate subcontractor opportunities.
» Provide information on clients' capabilities and facilities to appropriate
Federal Agencies to facilitate incorporation of those capabilities into Federal
product improvement and modification programs as appropriate.
» Develop and orchestrate marketing and strategic plans for clients.
