Richard Ross
Richard Ross serves on the Board Of Advisors of Peduzzi Associates
Ltd. Richard Ross is the President and Founder of The Renaissance
Group, a company which provides advisory services, consulting
and executive coaching services. In the capacity of executive
coaching Richard in particular works with individuals and groups
to set personal and professional strategic plans. He constantly
partners with his client to provide the necessary support to
reach a successful conclusion with respect to strategies and
goals.
Previously, Mr. Ross was the Group President of the DRS Electro-Optical
Systems group and Executive officer of the publicly traded
DRS Technologies, Inc. In the capacity Mr. Ross had taken the
charter of building a world class organization in the field
of Military Electro-Optical Systems. In that role he developed
an organic growth strategy including the necessary staffing
in Washington D.C, various field commands in the tri-services
and the necessary multidivisional infrastructure. In addition,
Mr. Ross Lead the Merger and acquisition strategy for the Electro-Optical
Systems Group, catapulting the organization to becoming a world
class system supplier.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Ross built sales organizations
to sell and service computer and telecommunication equipment
for front office applications in the late 1970’s and the early
1980’s. Utilizing many management and leadership skills he
delivered the first foothold in the United States for Philips,
N.V. of Holland. The market place was flooded with many competitors
yet this gave Philips the market share they needed to continue
to justify entrée in to the market. As the area manager, Mr.
Ross was responsible for hiring, training and developing the
personnel for the New York Tri state area.
Mr. Ross over the last 30 years has developed a policy level
leadership and executive management career, in government and
commercial sectors. He is expert in defining vision, developing
strategy, and executing executive business plans. He is extremely
capable in mergers, acquisitions, joint venturing, and business
development, marketing and sales. Moreover, Mr. Ross has successfully
lead the integration of numerous mergers and acquisitions
